Terry has worked in newspapers for more than 20 years, as a writer, sub-editor, designer and editor involved in news, sport, features and magazines in England an Scotland. He was latterly an executive editor with The Scotsman and head of content at scotsman.com. He has been a consultant for eight years. He is a Manchester United fan.

Art Director of Bonnier Business Press. He designed newspapers in 10 european countries. Winner of 40 awards in press design competitions. Two times awarded by SND in Worlds Best Designed Newspaper category: for "Puls Biznesu" (Poland) in 2003 and "Aripaev" (Estonia) in 2007.
